Prysm provides paid provider capabilities over x402 on Base mainnet using USDC.

## Calling
- POST /api/v1/providers/{provider}
- JSON body: { "operation": "allowlisted operation", "input": {} }
- Read /openapi.json for the complete provider catalog, schemas, prices, and response formats.
- Unpaid requests return HTTP 402 with x402 payment requirements.
